The Learning Tree Preschool was originally set up by Janet Fitchett in 1998. 

Over the past 25 years, The Learning Tree has flourished and grown with both staff & children. 

Sian Jackson, who is mother to 2 boys and daughter of Janet, joined Janet in business as Co-Director in May 2022. Sian now manages the setting supporting and developing a fabulous team. 

Both Janet & Sian hold a Level 4 in Early Childhood Studies and continue with ongoing professional development, updating their knowledge to provide the best care, and to guide their team. 

We have a strong cohort of highly experienced, qualified and committed practitioners, most of whom have been part of The Learning Tree family for many years. Our staffing team continues to expand up-to this day! 

All members of staff hold a relevant Degree, Level 4,3 or 2 childcare qualification or are in training. All staff are to be qualified to ensure we are providing the best knowledge and understanding, to teach and care for your children.
